Consent to data processing

1. General provisions
By completing the form on aerogeo.ru and clicking “Submit”, I hereby freely, of my own will and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data by the Operator in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.

3. Purposes of processing
Processing is carried out to respond to an enquiry submitted through the “Request a consultation” form. The form states: “Ask your question, and our specialists will respond as soon as possible”.
4. Operations involving personal data
The Operator may collect, record, systematise, accumulate, store, clarify (update, modify), retrieve, use, transfer (provide, grant access to) in cases prescribed by law, anonymise, block, delete and destroy personal data. Processing is mixed: both automated and non-automated.
5. Transfer to third parties
The Operator does not disclose or transfer personal data to third parties except where expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Form data are not transmitted to Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics or other visitor-counting services.
6. Duration
Consent remains valid from submission of the form until the purpose of processing has been achieved or consent has been withdrawn. The data are then destroyed or anonymised unless the law requires longer retention.
7. Withdrawal of consent
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by email to agp@aerogeo.ru or by post to the registered address or the address stated on the website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
8. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to access and rectify their personal data, to request blocking or destruction if the data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or unnecessary for the stated purpose, and to exercise other rights under Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
9. Confirmation and technical data
Before submission, the form asks the user to check “Confirm that you are human”. Submission with the consent box checked confirms that the data subject has read this document. The data consent checkbox states: “By clicking ‘Submit’, I consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with Part 4 of Article 9 of 152-FZ”.
The website does not set cookies for analytics, advertising or visitor counting. Page files may remain in the browser cache. The selected visual theme is stored in the browser’s local storage and is not sent to the server. The video on the page where it is published is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com and does not set cookies until playback begins.
