By continuing to use https://aerogeo.ru/ (hereinafter the Website), I consent to the automated processing of the following personal data by Joint Stock Company “Geophysical Research and Production Enterprise Aerogeofizika”, registered at Office 6, Building 1, 22 Mytnaya Street, Moscow, 119049:
- surname, first name and patronymic;
- year of birth;
- place of stay (city, region);
- telephone number;
- email address (E-mail).
Including through the use of Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics.
Personal data are processed for the purpose of responding to incoming requests from Website users.
Personal data are stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems, except where non-automated processing is required to comply with legislation or to respond to incoming requests from Website users.
Joint Stock Company “Geophysical Research and Production Enterprise Aerogeofizika” may process my personal data by the following means: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, modification and use.
This consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn or the Operator ceases its activities. If I refuse the processing of my personal data by analytics programs, I have been informed that I must stop using the Website or disable cookies in my browser settings.

1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” means the requirement binding on the Operator or any other person who has obtained access to personal data not to permit their dissemination without the consent of the data subject or another lawful basis.

The Operator is Joint Stock Company “Geophysical Research and Production Enterprise Aerogeofizika” (Taxpayer Identification Number (INN): 7729421433, Primary State Registration Number (OGRN): 1027729010693), which processes personal data and determines the purposes of processing, the personal data to be processed and the actions (operations) performed on those data.
1.1.6. “User of https://aerogeo.ru/ (hereinafter the User)” means a person who accesses the Website via the Internet and uses https://aerogeo.ru/ and its services.
1.1.7. Services include subscribing to newsletters, using a personal account, registering for events, downloading materials and other services.
1.1.8. “Cookies” are small pieces of data sent by a web server and stored on the user’s computer, which the web client or browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time it attempts to open a page on the relevant website.
1.1.9. “IP address” means the unique network address of a node in a computer network based on the IP protocol.
2. General provisions

3. Subject matter of the Privacy Policy
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration of https://aerogeo.ru/ not to disclose and to protect the confidentiality of personal data supplied by the User at the Website Administration’s request when registering on https://aerogeo.ru/ or completing an application/order, a subscription form or other contact/application forms available on the Website.
3.2. Personal data authorised for processing under this Privacy Policy are supplied by the User by completing registration forms on https://aerogeo.ru/ and include the following information:

- the User’s job title.
3.3. Joint Stock Company “Geophysical Research and Production Enterprise Aerogeofizika” protects Data automatically transmitted when viewing advertising units and visiting pages containing a statistical script (“pixel”, Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics):
- IP address;
- information from cookies;
- information about the browser (or other program used to access advertising displays);

- address of the page containing the advertising unit;

4. Purposes of collecting users’ personal information
4.1. The Administration of https://aerogeo.ru/ may use the User’s personal data for the following purposes:
4.1.1. Identifying a User registered on https://aerogeo.ru/ to process an application and/or an order for goods/services.
4.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalised resources and services of https://aerogeo.ru/.
4.1.3. Establishing communication with the User, including sending notifications and requests concerning the use of https://aerogeo.ru/, providing services and processing the User’s enquiries and applications/orders.
4.1.4. Subscribing to information letters and mailing lists, including through messaging applications.
4.1.5. Registering for events.
4.1.6. Providing effective customer support when the User encounters problems associated with using https://aerogeo.ru/.
4.1.7. Providing the User, with their consent, with special offers, newsletters and other information on behalf of Joint Stock Company “Geophysical Research and Production Enterprise Aerogeofizika” or its partners.
4.1.8. Conducting advertising activities with the User’s consent.
5. Methods and duration of personal information processing
5.1. The User provides their Personal Data to the Operator by completing a form available on the Website and required for registration. Submission of Personal Data through the forms provided constitutes the User’s consent to personal data processing. All persons who enter the information required by the relevant form or submit other information thereby confirm their consent to the processing of the information submitted and its transfer to the Website Operator.
5.2. Consent to Personal Data processing is valid indefinitely from the User’s registration on the Website. The User may withdraw consent by submitting a written request to the Operator at: Office 6, Building 1, 22 Mytnaya Street, Moscow, 119049.
5.3. The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorised state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4. The Operator maintains the confidentiality of the User’s Personal Data and may not transfer them to third parties, except where such transfer is required by law or where the User voluntarily makes information about themselves publicly available to an unlimited number of persons. When using certain Services (publishing materials, registering for events, participating in events as a speaker, etc.), the User agrees that a certain portion of their Personal Data becomes publicly available. Where Users participate in events organised by the Operator, the Operator may disclose the relevant personal data to persons involved in organising the event.
5.5. The User’s personal data are processed without a time limit by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems, with or without automated means. Users’ personal data are processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.
6. Obligations of the parties
6.1. The User:
- confirms that all data they provide relate to them personally;
- confirms that they have read in full the Privacy Policy and the conditions for processing the Personal Data they provide when registering or submitting applications or orders for goods/services on the Website;
- confirms that they understand the Policy and the conditions for personal data processing;
- confirms that, in consenting to personal data processing, they act freely, of their own will and in their own interest;
- guarantees that the information provided is complete, accurate and reliable and does not violate the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation or the lawful rights and interests of third parties.
6.2. The Website Administration:
- Must use the information received exclusively for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy.
- Must keep confidential information secret, not disclose it without the User’s prior written permission, and not sell, exchange, publish or otherwise disclose the User’s personal data provided to it.
- Must take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedures normally used to protect such information in established business practice.
- Must block the relevant User’s personal data from the time of an enquiry or request by the User, their legal representative or the authority responsible for protecting data subjects’ rights, for the duration of verification, if inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are identified.
7. Additional conditions
7.1. The Website Administration may amend this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent. A new Privacy Policy enters into force upon publication on https://aerogeo.ru/, unless otherwise provided in the revised Privacy Policy.
