The customer has received reports on the results of TIKAS of Chelyabinsk and technical diagnostics of heating network sections, together with thermal infrared image files orthorectified against the original topographic base, vector layers showing the city’s heating networks and remote condition diagnostics, including assessments of heat-loss changes derived from monitoring aerial surveys, TIKAS 2015–2020.
