Our company is an annual participant, one of the forum’s sponsors, and a speaker in the technical session “Advanced Technologies for Deposit Prediction, Prospecting and Exploration”.
Alexey Andreevich Trusov, Head of Geophysical Modelling, represented JSC GNPP Aerogeofizika in the technical session with a presentation entitled “High-Resolution Airborne Geophysical Surveys for Revealing the Potential of Licence Areas”. The presentation addressed the need for rapid assessment of a licensed territory’s potential, optimisation of expenditure on excavation and drilling, and the possibilities and specific features of using uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAVs) and crewed aeroplanes. We discussed all the main advantages and disadvantages of different platform options, the specific features of the airborne geophysical methods and modern data interpretation methods used depending on the exploration target’s characteristics, and examples of work addressing prospecting and evaluation objectives.

We would like to thank all forum participants and acknowledge the event’s traditionally high standard of organisation, professional approach, and rich and engaging programme. It is particularly valuable that, in these difficult times, the organisers have made it possible to participate and expand and strengthen business relationships both in person and through the forum’s virtual platform.
